What's new with Student Gov't?

Southeast Missouri State student senate members voted on and passed two funding resolutions Oct. 10, which will effectively take $3,930 out of their budget for future Southeast events. The first funding resolution that passed allotted Alpha Phi Omega-Beta Psi $2,560 to help send 20 of it's members to the national convention meeting that will take place in Boston from Dec.

Southeast professors battle greenhouse gases

In February of 2007 the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change reported that carbon dioxide levels in the earth's atmosphere are higher than they have been in 650,000 years. The report also noted that out of the 12 hottest years on record, 11 of them have occurred in the last 12 years.
